Because each item at $DegenWear is made to order, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges. We believe in quality and transparency, and we’re here to make sure you’re stoked with your gear.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all products are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size or color
• Changing your mind
Please double-check size guides and product details before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print issue, or the wrong item was shipped, we’ve got you covered.
We will replace or refund the item if:
• It arrives damaged
• It has a clear printing or quality issue
• You received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered)
To start a claim, email support@degenwear.io within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos showing the problem
We’ll review your case and make it right.
How long do replacements take?
Approved replacements will follow the same production and shipping timeline as original orders:
• Production: 3–7 business days
• Shipping: 3–5 business days (U.S.), 7–21 business days (International)
Cancellations
Cannot be cancelled as we work super fast and degenerated.
We’re committed to quality, and while our products are custom, our customer service is always personal.
