$DegenWear is an online fashion retailer offering clothing and accessories for crypto enthusiasts. We operate via DegenWear.shop and may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases from $DegenWear. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment, including:
•    Major credit/debit cards
•    Cryptocurrency via Crypto.com
•Cryptocurrency via Solana Pay

 

Crypto.com Pay Terms:

  • You are responsible for ensuring correct wallet address and cryptocurrency.
  • Crypto payments are non-reversible and non-refundable once processed.
  • Transactions must be completed within Crypto.com’s time window.
  • Prices are denominated in fiat, with crypto conversion based on real-time rates at checkout.
  • Network fees (“gas”) are the buyer’s responsibility.
    DegenWear does not hold or manage any wallet funds. Crypto transactions are securely facilitated through Crypto.com Pay.

Solana Pay Terms:

By selecting Solana Pay at checkout, you also agree to the following Solana Pay Terms & Conditions:

  • Solana Pay is operated by Solana Technology Services LLC and acts as a front‑end to the decentralized Solana Pay Protocol. Solana Pay does not store or control tokens, private keys, passwords, accounts, or assets on your behalf  .
  • Use of Solana Pay is free, but third‑party Solana network transaction fees apply and are your responsibility .
  • Solana Pay provides draft transaction details; you complete the transaction using your Solana wallet. Solana Pay cannot reverse or refund errors  .
  • Solana Pay Protocol is open‑source under Apache 2.0; transactions occur via Solana blockchain and are final and irreversible  .
  • You assume full responsibility and risk when interacting with Solana Pay; Solana Technology Services LLC disclaims liability for any losses  .
  • These Terms include a mandatory, individual arbitration clause and waiver of class actions  .

 

Important: $DegenWear does not hold or manage any wallet funds. Crypto transactions are facilitated securely through Crypto.com Pay.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
    •    Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.
    •    You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement.
    •    Shipping times and fees are provided at checkout and vary by location.
    •    $DegenWear is not responsible for delays due to customs, postal service issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Refunds & Returns

Crypto Payments:

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions:
    •    All sales made with cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable unless goods are defective or damaged upon delivery.
    •    In the event of a return due to product issues, we may offer store credit or replacement at our sole discretion.
    •    Refunds, if granted, will be processed in fiat currency equivalent at the time of the original transaction or via store credit.

Fiat Payments:
    •    Refunds for non-crypto payments follow our standard return policy available.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, product images, and text, are the property of $DegenWear and may not be used without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, $DegenWear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or crypto value fluctuations resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom
